Because Softshare Athena is a software application and network service rolled into one, pricing is subscription based.

Mailbox Setup Fee
There is a one-time setup fee of 175 EUR/USD to set up your Athena mailbox on Softshare's network. This fee includes a personalized, over-the-phone
Athena orientation session and up to 500MB of disk space for your inbound and outbound transactions. Additional disk space may be purchased as needed.
Trading Partner Kit (TPK) Setup Fee
TPKs are add-on modules that let you easily create outbound EDI documents for your trading
partners from Athena. For each trading partner that you send outbound documents to, a TPK is required. The average cost of a
TPK ranges between 375 EUR/USD and 975 EUR/USD, depending upon the types and complexity of the outbound documents required by your trading partner.
