Would you like to become a Softshare reseller partner? Softshare's suite of scalable B2B software is well priced, user friendly, and encompasses every stage of your customers' EDI/XML initiatives. The Softshare Partner Program offers three types of partnership opportunities. Each has its own unique benefits and requirements. Your Softshare channel sales representative will work with you to determine which partnership might fit your organization.

Agent Referral Program

To start, we offer the Agent Referral program. With this partnership program, you register client leads with us. Softshare follows up on the leads to make the sale and you receive a small commission on any software sales that we close. There are no minimum requirements and no fees assessed for you to get started.

Authorized Solutions Integrator (ASI) Program

Our formal reseller program is called the Authorized Solutions Integrator (ASI) program. The associated application fee provides a not-for-resale production copy of our software and four days of product training. With this partnership program, you can sell, support, and consult on the full range of Softshare products. Your commission is tiered based upon the volume of software sales made during the last twelve months.

Softshare Bundler Partner Program

Softshare also supports independent software vendors (ISVs) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnership opportunities under the Softshare Bundler Partner program. Under this partnership program, you would gain access to the run-time version of Softshare Delta, our data translator. Delta Run-Time offers two big advantages:

  • The pricing for Delta Run-Time is significantly reduced, allowing more companies to afford the solution
  • Delta's user interface is unavailable to your client, eliminating the risk of clients altering the maps that you create for them

This is an excellent program for you if several of your clients are working with the same trading partners and, as a result, can use the same translation maps. As with the ASI program described previously, you will be trained on our suite of software through our four-day product training class. Under the Softshare Bundler Partner program, you will be required to maintain your own copy of our software for development and support purposes.
