Technical Support Engineer
Local eCommerce company is looking for candidates that can offer high-level technical support via phone and e-mail to clients nationwide. Must have experience with one or more of the following: SQL Server or other DB architectures, ERP systems; TCP/IP technology, EDI and/or XML. Must like team environments and have good phone personality. Softshare is looking for candidates with 3+ years of directly related experience.
