Did you notice that we referenced a total of six Softshare Knowledge Base articles throughout this newsletter? If you’re not familiar with this eService tool, now’s a great time to introduce you to the Softshare Knowledge Base, often referred to as SKB.
SKB is a database of articles relevant to Softshare’s various products and solutions. Searchable by Softshare product and keyword, SKB is a great place to find troubleshooting tips, interim procedures, or other Softshare information, such as recommended AS2 implementation guidelines, that wouldn’t necessarily be found in specific product documentation.
