If annoying spam messages have found their way to your Softshare mailbox, use Softshare eService’s new mailbox screening feature to block them from ever reaching your EDI software. It’s a great way to free up your incoming mail folder and, more importantly, offers additional protection against e-mailed viruses.
Available from the Mailbox Settings link on Softshare eService, you can restrict incoming mail to select e-mail addresses. In addition, as shown in this illustration , you can allow incoming mail from an entire domain simply by entering the domain address in the following format: “@domain.com”.
If you choose to use eService’s screening service, please note that, regardless of the addresses you restrict to, Softshare will always forward incoming e-mail from our domain, “softshare.com,” as well as any domains that end in “.mil,” “.gov,” “.us,” “.edu,” and “.int”.
