Softshare Opens European Headquarters in the Netherlands

Santa Barbara, US / Amsterdam, NL.—January 5, 2005 — On January 3, 2005, Softshare Inc., a provider of e-commerce products and services since 1982, opened its European headquarters in Amsterdam. Softshare B.V. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the California-based Softshare Inc., selling and supporting Softshare's suite of e-commerce software across Europe.
