Softshare Chooses Redbus for Its Co-Location Facilities

London—November 23, 2004 — Redbus Interhouse (Netherlands) B.V., the Netherlands division of Europe's most advanced, independent colocation and managed services provider, today announces that it has been selected by Softshare to host core electronic commerce services as part of its European expansion plan.

Softshare is one of the US's longest serving providers of e-commerce solutions to a broad spectrum of industry and governmental agencies. Founded in 1982 in California, Softshare has grown rapidly within the US and now seeks to further its global reach with specific emphasis on the European market.

Redbus Interhouse was selected to house the core business environment of Softshare services following an in-depth review of service providers in the Dutch market.

Frank Gott, CEO for Softshare Inc. commented, "Softshare thrives on the quality of its service and solutions for e-commerce trading partners whether in the public or private sector. Today more than 20,000 businesses rely on Softshare and in order to service these customers to the highest levels they expect we must in turn rely on quality, reliable services to ensure continuity of operations at all times. We selected Holland as the location for our European HQ because of its geography, culture and language plus access to a large number of US companies also siting headquarter offices in the Netherlands.

Redbus Interhouse was our partner of choice for a variety of reasons; its facility infrastructure, its attitude and flexibility, and a customer oriented approach which very much mirrored the Softshare customer philosophy. Our selection of Redbus Interhouse was confirmed during the implementation process when we found their engineers to be effective and available – both day and night! We would not hesitate to recommend Redbus Interhouse to other companies seeking a focussed and reliable managed services provider."

Adriaan Oosthoek, Netherlands Country Manager, Redbus Interhouse Netherlands, commented: "We're delighted to welcome Softshare into Redbus Interhouse and look forward to a lengthy and mutually beneficial relationship with the company. Through our ongoing commitment to high standards of service we will continue to offer those qualities for which we were chosen and help contribute to Softshare's success in Europe."
