Virtual Logistics Inc. Represents Softshare's Electronic Commerce Software Product Line in Canada

With the help of Virtual Logistics Inc. and other value-added resellers, Softshare is establishing an international presence

SANTA BARBARA, CA – August 11, 2000 - Softshare announced today its reseller alliance with Virtual Logistics Inc., a prominent EDI solutions provider in Canada. Virtual Logistics Inc. will distribute three of Softshare's software applications: Softshare Vista, Softshare Delta, and Softshare ECS.

The alliance with Virtual Logistics Inc. is a key component of Softshare's new reseller initiative. Launched in February of this year, Softshare has placed a lot of emphasis on its reseller push. The program encourages value-added resellers and consultants worldwide to become certified Softshare Authorized Solutions Integrators (ASIs).
