With thousands of new bid opportunities available in our bid database each day, how do you find the ones that are right for your company? With Softshare Alert, you don't have to! This sophisticated filtering service will do all the work for you, finding and delivering those bid opportunities that are relevant to your company.

But before we can deliver relevant bid opportunities to you, we need to isolate the products and services your company would like to sell to the government. To accomplish this, Softshare will help you write an advanced search profile for your company. Your search profile can contain keywords, product service codes (PSC/FSCs), national stock numbers, standard industrial classification (SIC) codes, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes, and much more.

With a comprehensive search profile in place, you need only sit back, relax, and wait for the bid opportunities to come to you. If you're running Softshare Vista, EDI bid matches will be sent to your Vista mailbox as they occur. Non-EDI bid matches will be sent to your Vista mailbox in a single e-mail at the end of the day.

If you’re not using Softshare Vista, then your daily bid matches will be e-mailed to the address of your choice. While you have the option of seeing relevant EDI bid opportunities in this daily e-mail, you will not be able to quote on them until you become EDI capable.
